MEET THE CHEF
When I was a young child My parents sold fruit and vegetables out of a truck. We would travel from town to town taking fresh produce to different communities. I remember how satisfying it was to provide such a service to people that did not have the same resources. I learned a lot growing up. My parents showed me to be humble, to share, and to give to others. During my youth I knew i wanted to also have a small business to call my own. To be able to take care of my family. And to bring people together even over a small meal.
